How
To Do Application of:
Ty-Dye Sets As Seen In Nail Pro Mag.
**When
applying the Base Gel Coat after Cleanzing, Priming and
Base- Make sure this is a good even flow coat that looks
clean and shiny like glass
1 -
When ready to apply Colour onto nails Cleanz all nails with
Nail Cleanz using a Lint Free Wipe
2 -
Choose 2-3 or as many Ty-Dye Colors as your client prefers.
You can even mix and match Ty-Dye Colours from different
sets.
3 -
Apply a thin Flow Coat of Colour Base #1 onto the area where
you are wanting to put the Ty-Dye design, I.E. Full Colour,
Tip Colour, a Chevron or other Designs you have seen on the
Website.
4 -
Start by tapping one colour on the nail (not covering the
whole nail area with that one colour) leave areas where you
can add other colours, and proceed by adding other colours
you or your client have chosen. Add liberally to the nail do
not be afraid that you are putting too much.
5 - If
you see a shiny spot in the nail this means the colour has
soaked into the Colour Base and you may add more colour to
this area.
6 -
Once you have the colours desired on to the nail area, tap
the end or the tip of the clients fingernail, the colour
will skip or jump across the nail (this is ok)
7 -
Next have your client tip there finger upside down (in the
gravity pull position) and tap the excess off the nail by
tapping on the pad of their finger.
8 -
Cure the nails just as normal with any other colour.
9 -
Before applying Clear Builder Finish or a Colored Builder
Finish take your Nail Brush and dust off any excess Colour
from around the Cuticle or the nail.
10 -
Apply Builder Finish as normal.
******If you are wanting to apply Stripping Tape or Decals
of any type you must apply Base Gel to the top of the
finished cured Ty-Dye Colours and cure for a full 4 Minutes
then apply Stripping Tape or Decals to your clients nails.
Then go on to step 10 as directed.
